The Perfect Cup of Joe
We dined with Jen and "Gonz" last night and were treated to a fun night of food, wine, coffee and friendship. The Mons had me helping with the creation of some three cheese tortellini. And Gonzalo served this perfect cup of expresso to end the evening.
